Sitting here on my own and the day has come to and end 
Sometimes I wish I was stoned and young again 
Sipping on some fine champagne on a lazy sunday afternoon 
Brings it all back again, but it's not too soon

Sitting at a friendly table, got it all in the palm of my hand 
Sometimes I see but don't understand 
The weight has all come off, convince myself I've done nothing wrong

Yesterday is just a moment a time and place
